How do I buy tickets for this event?

I bought a ticket and now I can't find it/can't print it, what do I do?
FOR TICKET HOLDERS ONLY: If you already have tickets and are in need of customer service regarding your ticket purchase, please call 1-877-772-5425.

Is there an age limit to get into the show?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must also be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers, or pets are permitted. No one will be admitted without a valid photo ID (no exceptions). Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.

Is The Event Indoor or Outdoor?
The event will be held indoors at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. An outdoor fenced in area has been designated for smokers. There is no smoking permitted in the Navy Yard building.

What does admission include?
You will pay one fee to get in. You will receive a souvenir six oz. tasting glass with a two ounce pour line. You are welcome to sample any beer that the brewers have.

Will Food be Available?
The Navy Yard will have food for purchase. Food does not come with the price of admission.

What is the admission charge for Designated Drivers?
Designated Drivers will be charged $10 dollars per ticket.

How does the Designated Driver ticket work?
A designated driver ticket fee is $10 and can be purchased online. The designated driver does NOT receive a wristband and they do NOT receive a tasting glass. They are able to enjoy all the activities of the expo except they are not allowed to drink any beer. Any designated driver who is seen drinking will be escorted out immediately.

If I buy one ticket am I allowed to go to both sessions?
A ticket can only be used for the session you selected when you purchased your ticket.

Where is the Philadelphia Navy Yard located?
The Philadelphia Cruise Terminal is located at 5100 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19112.

How do I get to the Philadelphia Navy Yard?
Complimentary bus shuttle service will be available to festival attendees from the Broad & Pattison SEPTA station to the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal venue. Shuttles from Broad & Pattison will begin at 11:00 AM and run continuously through 2:00 PM for Session 1. They will begin again at 5:00 PM and run continuously through 8:00 PM for Session 2. The return shuttles back to Broad & Pattison will begin at 3:00 PM and run through 4:30 PM for Session 1 and again from 9:00 PM through 10:30 PM for Session 2. Is there taxi service available to and from the Navy Yard?
Yes, it is recommended that all attendees take advantage of public transportation for the festival. Here are the phone numbers for a few of the area taxicab companies:

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking at the Navy Yard?
Yes, there is limited parking at the venue. We encourage people to use mass transit.

What if I have problems buying/printing my tickets online?

Are children or pets permitted to attend?
For your own safety, NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers or pets are permitted and admission ticket for the caregiver will not be honored or refunded.

Is smoking permitted at the festival?
Smoking will not be permitted in the Navy Yard. A designated smoking area set will be created.

Festival Rules

  • 21+ Only. Must show valid photo I.D. for admission.
  • Don’t drink and drive! Take mass transit or designate a driver.
  • Promotional photos and video will be taken at the event and you grant permission for your likeness to be used.
  • Drink responsibly, Know your limits!
  • This is a sampling event, 2oz. pours only!
  • All attendees must be properly attired.
  • We reserve the right to check all bags
  • No pets or children allowed.
  • No outside glassware or food permitted.
  • You get one souvenir glass for this event. Replacements $5.00 ea.
  • We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any individual(s) from the festival for behaving inappropriately. You will be escorted out by security and not allowed back in!
  • All exits are final. No alcohol permitted outside the event.
