No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must also be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers, or pets are permitted. No one will be admitted without a valid photo ID (no exceptions). Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.

The event will be held outdoors on the Marine Parade Grounds of the Philadelphia Navy Yard under tents. The event will take place rain or shine. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.

You will pay one fee to get in by purchasing an event ticket online. When you arrive, you will receive a souvenir five oz. tasting glass with a two ounce pour line. You are welcome to sample any beer that the brewers have.

There will be food sold at the event. Food trucks will offer a variety of options from which to choose. Food is not included with the price of admission. Outside food not permitted.

A designated driver ticket fee is $10 and must be purchased online. The designated driver does NOT receive a wristband and they do NOT receive a tasting glass. They are able to enjoy all the activities of the expo except they are not allowed to drink any beer. Any designated driver who is seen drinking will be escorted out immediately.

A ticket can only be used for the session you selected when you purchased your ticket.

Complimentary bus shuttle service will be available to festival attendees from the Broad & Pattison SEPTA station to the Philadelphia Navy Yard venue. Shuttles from Broad & Pattison will begin at 11:00 AM and run continuously throughout the day.

The Philadelphia Navy Yard is located on South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19112. It is recommended that you arrive via public transportation. If you do drive, there is parking in the Navy Yard.

Yes, there is limited parking at the venue. We encourage attendees to use mass transit.

For your own safety, NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers or pets are permitted. If turned away, the admission ticket for the caregiver will not be refunded.

Smoking will not be permitted within the tents. A designated smoking area set will be created.

No blankets or lawn chairs are permitted in the festival area. This would hamper the flow of traffic and disrupt the comfort of all attendees. There will be tables and chairs placed throughout the tented areas (and outdoors weather permitting) for your convenience.
