Stone Brewing Co.

Old Guardian Barley Wine
Hazy orange copper color. Mild aromas of toffee and nut toast follow through on a round, silky entry to a fruity-yet-dry full body with chocolate-covered raisin, brandy, sugar cane and sour cherry notes. Finishes with a long citrusy, peppery and earthy hop fade. Very nice and polished.

Sublimely Self Righteous Ale
Its bitterness hits our sweet spot. Its blackness lightens our hearts. Its liquid dichotomy pulls it all together in this sublimely sacrosanct ale.

Green Flash Brewing Co.

Trippel Belgian Style Ale
Rich pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Styrian Golding and Czech Saaz hopping. Trappist ale yeast contributes the fruity, spicy profile of classic, monk-brewed, Belgian ales. Our Trippel is luscious, fiery, golden brew and a contemporary rendition of traditional Belgian Trippel.

Stout (Double Stout)
Golden naked oats mashed with dark crystal and robust roasted malts create a luscious black brew with a satin smooth finish. Layering UK Target hops in the boil adds a pleasant, earthy complexity while higher fermentation temperatures enhance the overall flavor with fruity esters. An old-world style, done the Green Flash way. Big, bold, flavorful and complex – Double Stout.

The Bruery

Saison Rue
Saison Rue is an unfiltered, bottle conditioned, Belgian/French-style farmhouse ale. This is a beer of subtlety and complexity, with malted rye, spicy, fruity yeast notes, biscuit-like malt backbone, and a slight citrus hop character. With age, this beer will dry out and will become more complex with rustic notes of leather and earth from the contribution of a wild yeast strain. Being a Saison, Saison Rue is ambiguous unto itself as it is a different beer when fresh and when aged. We hope you enjoy it in all of its incarnations.

Saison de Lente
Our Spring Saison is light blonde in color with a fresh hoppiness and a wild and rustic Brettanomyces character. Lighter in color and alcohol than our Saison Rue, yet equally complex in its own way. Perfect for warmer weather and Spring celebrations.

Mischief
Mischief is a Hoppy Belgian-Style Golden Strong Ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you'll want to keep an eye out.

Orchard White
Orchard White is an unfiltered, bottle conditioned Belgian-style witbier. This hazy, straw yellow beer is spiced with coriander, citrus peel and lavender added to the boil and whirlpool. A spicy, fruity yeast strain is used to add complexity, and rolled oats are added for a silky texture.

Saison Athene
Pours a bright golden color with nearly one finger of whitish head. The head quickly dropped to a thin layer, no lacing. Aroma is zesty citrus and lemon with some yeast and assorted herbal spices.

Pays du Soleil
The aroma starts with a big funk and bret blast, powdered sugar notes, mild boozy alcohol, some herbal notes, sharp tart fruits and gooey burnt fruit paste like notes finished off with a little animal musk.

Hopportunity Knocks
6.8% abv IPA brewed with 100% Centennial hops. Big round mouthfeel, very perfumey. Different from our canned IPA. Gotta love the Pacific NW!

Piraat
A triple by strength, an IPA (Indian Pale Ale) by history. Triple means that the brewer used three times the normal amount of barley malt, thus starting with more starches, getting more sugars after cooking, and more alcohol after a long fermentation. The Piraat is re-fermented in the bottle, and in the keg! The original style of the Piraat is similar to the IPA style. It is a beer that was created many centuries ago to go on ships. Indeed, sailors drank beer on board. Nobody drank water on land, why would anybody then take water on a boat? Even the Pilgrim fathers landed in Plymouth Rock because they were out of beer, and had to land to find fresh water to brew more beer. So says their logbook.

Troubadour Blond
The clear, golden, attractive color is what strikes you first. A firm white head is the crown of this golden ale. Your first experience, while sipping the BLOND, will be a refreshing, sparkling effect on your tongue, followed by a mild bitterness enhanced by a spiciness, that finishes with a sweeter sensation. A good nose recognizes the hops, in combination with fruity esters.

Kyara
Coedo's beer is brewed from selected malts and hops with the technique of beer artisan, braumeister. Rich golden brown with tinges of red - these are the hues of Kyara Beer. The name "Kyara" is derived from the incredibly fragnant Aloeswood tree. The rich, full-bodied flavor of malt is enhanced by the use of highly aromatic hops.

Shikkoku
Fermented for an extended period of time, this dark brew boasts a stunning contrast between the glossy black tone of the beer and the smoothness of the modest pale head. This glossy black beer is called "Shikkoku," named after the famed elegant jet-black lacquer work of Japan.

Ruri
Coedo's beer is brewed from selected malts and hops with the technique of beer artisan, braumeister. With the stark contrast of its clear golden hues and fluffy pure white head, this premium pilsener boasts a crisp refreshing taste. The name "Ruri" is Japanese for the gemstone Lapis, representing the pure clarity this beer abounds in.

Tournay
Tournay is a golden white beer with 6.7% alcohol content. It is refermented in the bottle and made from only natural ingredients: water, two malts, four hops, yeast and a little sugar for the fermentation in the bottle. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Tournay is a very well-balanced beer, the flower hops used during the brew giving it a slightly dry, bitter aftertaste.

Belvedere Big IPA
We brewed this one because we just can't get enough of those hops. IPA's seem to be a great choice any time of the year. They have a great malt flavor and hop profile, just what a beer connoisseur is looking for. We decided to give this one a bit more hops. Try this with a strong cheese like a very sharp cheddar, cloth bound, aged if you can find one. I'm looking forward to a few during my annual Mexican Feast I prepare for the Super Bowl. Some good spicy foods will really play well off the hops in the beer.

B.O.R.I.S. The Crusher Oatmeal-Imperial Stout
Winner GABF Gold Medal 2008
This Bodacious Oatmeal Russian Imperial Stout will crush you like no other! This is the grand-daddy of all stout styles, with an intensely deep roasted and full bodied flavor. A robust hop character adds a refreshing balance.

Atomium Grand Cru
A strong blonde ale brewed with six different grains.

Black Flag Imperial Stout
Created for extreme beer and wine fanatics. Brewed with 8 different malts and massive quantities of Warrior, Chinook, Columbus, and Cascade hops, Black Flag Imperial Stout delivers a beer drinking experience like no other malted beverage on the planet.

Oak Aged Beer
For 30 days this honey-hued beer sleeps in hand selected oak barrels, locked inside a bonded warehouse, gradually assimilating the subtle flavours that reside in the wood. Barrels are then emptied and maturation continues for a further 47 days in a marrying tun where these natural flavours infuse and fall into perfect balance. This 77-day process is unique and produces a delicious, refreshing beer: Aromas of vanilla and toffee, hints of citrus, with a malty, lightly oaked, palate. Deftly balanced and light in texture, soothing and warming in the finish.
