How do I buy tickets for this event?
I bought a ticket and now I can't find it/can't print it, what do I do?

Is there an age limit to get into the show?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must also be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers, or pets are permitted. No one will be admitted without a valid photo ID (no exceptions). Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.

Is The Event Indoors or Outdoors?
The event will be held indoors on the concourse level of The Belmont Park Racetrack. An outdoor fenced in area has been designated for smokers. There is no smoking permitted inside the venue.
What does admission include?
You will pay one fee to get in by purchasing an event ticket online. When you arrive, you will receive a souvenir five oz. tasting glass with a two ounce pour line. You are welcome to sample any beer that the brewers have.
Will Food be Available?
There will be food available for sale at the festival. Food does not come with the price of admission.
What is the admission charge for Designated Drivers?

How does the Designated Driver ticket work?
The designated driver ticket works the following way. The designated driver pays $12 to get in. The designated driver does NOT receive a wristband and they do not receive a tasting glass. They are able to enjoy all the activities of the expo except they are not allowed to drink any beer. Any designated driver who is seen drinking will be escorted out immediately.
If I buy one ticket am I allowed to go to both sessions?
A ticket can only be used for the session you selected when you purchased your ticket.
I have a ticket for Session 1, can I use it to go to Session 2 instead?
NO. You are only permitted to use the ticket for the session you purchased. The scanners are programmed with the ticket number and will reject your ticket. If you need to switch sessions and tickets are still available, you can do so up to 24hrs in advance by calling 1-877-435-9849.
Are there going to be any bus trips to the International Great Beer Expo?

Is there public transporation directly to Belmont Park Racetrack?
Local Bus Service:
N6 (NICE Bus Line): Operates along Hempstead Turnpike, West Hempstead, Franklin Square, Elmont,
Hollis and Jamaica. From Jamaica, the bus starts at Jamaica Bus Terminal (165th Street & 89th Avenue)
and runs along Hillside Avenue to Francis Lewis Blvd. to Hempstead Ave. Stops in front of Belmont
Park. Connections: Transfer from the F Train at either 169th Street or 179th Street stations.
Q110 (MTA Bus): Service provided every 20 minutes to and from Belmont during racing days. Buses
are available at Parsons Blvd. and Hillside Avenue and from Parsons Blvd. & Archer Ave., and various
locations eastbound on Jamaica Avenue and Hempstead Avenue in Queens. Connections: Transfer from
F Train at Parsons & Hillside; Transfer from E Train at Parsons & Archer.
Q2 (MTA Bus): Originates at the Jamaica Bus Terminal (165th Street & 89th Ave.) and runs along
Hillside Ave. to 187th Place to Hollis Ave. and ends at Hempstead Ave. and 225th Street adjacent to
Belmont Park. Connections: Transfer from F Train at 169th Street or 179th Street stations.
By Subway:
Take the F train to 169th street or 179th street then take the N6 or the Q2 bus to Belmont or take the E train to Jamaica Center (Parsons Blvd.) and then take the Q110 bus to Belmont.
Hempstead Station: Walk one (1) block to the Hempstead Bus Terminal. Take either the N70, N71, or N72, which will drop you off on Hempstead Turnpike opposite the Nassau Coliseum
Are there taxis servicing the area?
Is there a coat check?
YES. There will be a place for you to check your coat. A small fee will be charged by the event charity who will be running this area.
Is parking free or is there a fee to park?

Are children or pets permitted to attend?
For your own safety, NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers or pets are permitted. If turned away, the admission ticket for the caregiver will not be refunded.
Is smoking permitted at the festival?
Smoking will not be permitted inside the venue. There is a designated smoking area outside the venue.
