Le Merle:
Le Merle (the Blackbird) suggests an image that somehow seems appropriate for this subtle, sophisticated Belgian-style Saison beer. It has been described by Michael Jackson as “More than a serious beer – it is outstanding….Dizzying, appetizing, refreshing.”. For all she has contributed since the brewery’s founding, North Coast is pleased to honor our Merle, Brewmaster Mark Ruedrich’s wife, with Le Merle.

Brother Thelonious
Like a Belgian “Dark Strong Ale”, the beer is rich and robust with an ABV of 9.3%. The package is a 750 ml bottle with a traditional cork and wire finish or 12oz 4 packs and features a label picturing the jazz master himself.

Allagash Tripel
This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

Xtra Gold
This beer is an American adaptation to the classic Belgian style of beer known as Tripel. Historically Tripels were brewed to have a very light golden color, a moderate hop presence, and be around 9% alcohol. But we are not in Belgium, so we decided to crank up the hops, dry hop the beer with American Amarillo hops and brew it to 10% ABV. This is our American Trippel, enjoy!

Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse Dunkel
Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse Dunkel wins supporters with its refreshing yet aromatic and full-bodied flavor. This dark, cloudy specialty is a special treat for weiss beer connoisseurs and bock beer aficionados. Alcohol content 5.0%. Available in 16.9 oz. single bottles.

Oktoberfest
Blue Point Oktoberfest is another palate-pleasing seasonal brew. Originally brewed in 1810 to celebrate the betrothal of the Brown Prince of Bavaria, Blue Point continues the celebration by traditionally brewing this special malty amber lager every October. Oktoberfest lager is stored cold for 2 months to ensure its distinct smooth flavor. Tap a pint and celebrate the season!

Hoptimus Prime
Aggressively formulated with five different hop varieties, Hopitmus Prime is then dry hopped for two weeks, ensuring a MASSIVE hop flavor and aroma. Perfectly balanced with three types of malt, Hopitmus Prime is truly the pinnacle of hop flavor.
This Double IPA pairs fantastically with spicy Thai food, Mexican cuisine, or a big ol’ bowl of chili.

Euphoria Ale
Using a true classic Belgian yeast strain, the highest quality candy sugar and European hops, Euphoria achieves a complex palate in the true Belgian style. With hints of banana and fragrant spice, it is best served in a goblet or wine glass an ABV one would expect for its name.
This psychedelic, strong ale is great with roasted chicken, sea bass, sausage, brie, and fruit desserts.

With its delicate, sophisticated bubbles this beer can take acidic, sweet and sour flavours by the hand. the symphony of flavours in each dish is different, but there can be a common thread capable of unifying them all, for a sense of continuity so there is no need to switch drinks. This beer has a rich and highly adaptable bouquet. In other words a unique personality: smooth yet complex.
